Face to Face Meetings

Face to face meetings is like “speed dating” for business. Every hotel spends 6 minutes with meeting planners over a 2- hour timeframe. Once the networking roundtable is complete a formal lunch is served. 

Meeting Planners

The ideal Meeting Planner must be able to demonstrate a strong booking history of which they would use a luxury hotel. Additionally, each Planner must complete the appropriate on-line registration forms for the meeting they wish to attend.

Please bring at least 40 business cards with you. The attire is business casual.

Hotel Qualifications

Must be a four or five Diamond property (or equivalent) hotel/destination who is actively pursuing group sales business (regionally, nationally, or globally) are invited to each event.

We attempt to accommodate all Planners. Those who register on the day of the event are on a first come, first served basis. Sponsoring hotels/destinations may have up to two additional colleagues per table (at a reduced fee of $200.00 each). Planners submitting requests for colleagues must demonstrate (1) adherence to qualified Meeting Planner criteria.
